MEET PHIL DUKES

Lifetime of Service Towards Others

Phil is a lifelong resident of Elk Grove Township.  As a proud union carpenter and a U.S. Navy veteran, Phil understands the importance of working hard and efficiently with diverse teams to accomplish big goals.  For years he has been an advocate for labor and veterans in the Chicagoland area.  Phil has extensive experience in campaign field operations in various environments, having worked for candidates such as Pete Buttigieg and Raphael Warnock.

Phil believes that government works best when every perspective has a seat at the table.  Good governance requires transparency, inclusiveness, active listening, and fiscal responsibility.  When one person's basic needs aren't met, it affects the whole community.  This is why he has been dedicated to building communities where neighbors look out for one another.
